The purpose of this white paper, Legislative and Administrative Guidelines for Regulating Cannabis Use in Healthcare Facilities, is to present the statute and policy language that has been used to support the use of medical cannabis in healthcare settings, providing a detailed blueprint for lawmakers, healthcare administrators, and other stakeholders interested in implementing a legal framework for the use of cannabis in healthcare facilities.
